3.      A late fee has been added to your bill and will be taken off if paid within 14 days.

4.      Late payment of term fees may result in your child being excluded from classes or their enrolment cancelled.

5.      No re-imbursements or discounts are given for any missed classes due to late fees.

6.      A confidential payment plan can be arranged. This is a written agreement and must be applied for at the time of enrolment by contacting:  [email protected]

7.      All payment plans must be completed prior to the commencement of the next term.

8.      Classes are held on pupil free days and public holidays.

9.      There is no reduction in fees for absence in any class due to illness, vacations, weather, lateness, etc. Classes can be made up during that week.

10.  Costume levy/hire will be issued at the end of term 2. There is no refund on costume hire or concert fees. If you do not continue for the full year you will still be required to pay the balance in full. All students will be charged a $20 concert fee in term 3. This fee helps to cover auditorium and equipment hire for the end of year recital. The costume hire rate is $50 per dance (Inc GST).

11.  Students/families who have not pay their costume, concert fee and any outstanding term fees will not receive any costumes and therefore cannot participate in the end of year recital, exams or eisteddfods.
